THE COTTAGE
Our 700 sq. foot board-and-batten guest cottage borders the Giving Pond State Park and is perfectly situated between the Delaware river and the Delaware canal.
It's surrounded by woodlands and offers plenty of natural tranquility yet is only minutes from town.
It's just a 5 minute drive to both Frenchtown and Milford where you can fill up your gas tank, grab some take-out or buy food at the local market.
The cottage has hardwood floors through out, except for the bathroom, where you'll find rustic slate tiles and hand-built cabinetry. The decor in our guest house can be described as modern farmhouse-style and creates a warm organic look that we know you'll love.
Its comfortable, private and tranquil - the ideal country escape.
You'll get country views from every window with no visual distraction of other homes, aside from the main residence, which is barely seen when inside the cottage. The space comfortably accommodates two adults.
If you forget any toiletries - the bathroom has complimentary items for you to use during your stay. The kitchen also has a few staples on hand including coffee, tea, creamer, sweeteners, coconut oil, olive oil, butter, vinegar, soy sauce and spices.
While our house is next door, we'll give you your privacy and personal space, but please reach out if you need assistance or would like a few local recommendations. You can also view a list of eateries and things to do under the SEE & DO section.
We strive to make your stay special and unforgettable.

The cottage is perfectly situated between the Delaware river and Delaware canal. We also border the "Giving Pond' which sits on a 150-acre preserved section of the Delaware canal. Its a great place to kayak, walk, picnic or just relax by the lake. Its also known to be a popular destination for birdwatchers.
Our property sits among nature and is home to many wildlife. You may notice deer, fox, owl, hawks and sometimes a soaring bald eagle. We're also surrounded by many bodies of water (river, pond, canal and lake), which means you may come across turtles, frogs and ducks on your walks along the canal.
"Conveniently tucked away within Philadelphia’s countryside among rolling hills, working farms and picturesque towns, Bucks County, PA is truly an inviting place."
